1. Use of the machine

The machine is mainly used to longitude in ally saw the square wood, especially the square wood with larger size in width, which has already been worked the datum by saw multiple blades one time. It is the ideal device to product multiple kinds of standard wood liners and thin wood furniture boards.

2. Main features of the machine

2.1 The machine has whole structure welded with excellent channel steels and steel boards, so it's ability of preventing vibration and resisting shock force are powerful.

2.2 The body and worktable's surface of the machine have been specially controlled, so the machine has high strength and can resist shape's change. Thus the whole machine's quality is made sure.

2.3 The machine can finish sawing multiple wood boards one time and can produce different standard products at the same time by adjusting the dimention between saw blades, so the productivity is high.

2.4 The machine can automatically and powerfully feed the material during the whole travel.  At the same time the operation is easy and safe.

2.5 The saw blade of the machine is excellent import one. So the sawing road is narrow and the sawed thin wood board is flat, smooth and it's dimention is correct and the dimention tolerance is small. Thus the machine can reduce wood's loss; raise the utilization efficiency of wood largely and increase economic benefits for your enterprise.

2.6 The air pressure is arranged beside the multiple saw blades and it can cool the saw blades from front. Thus the saw blade's life for use is raised.

2.7 The automatic computer control, ensures the high–speed reciprocating moving parts run steadily and the lubricating oil's constantly cycling for use thus raising the machine's life for use and decreasing the cost during the machine is used.

2.8 Different feeding speeds can be chosen according to the square woods' width and their material's hardness.
