1.It can cut 300 or 500mm width wood 2.It can cut 3mm thickness,low thickness tolerance 3.Sawing distance will be 1.4-1.6mm

1.      Machine application

This machine is mainly used for cutting sheet metal, such as composite flooring, wood blinds, composite wood frame door seals, tee table panels.

2.1  This machine adopts the high quality welded square tube and the armor plate of monolithic construction, strong shockproof.

2.2  This machine has return feeding system, saving time, saving labour and high work efficiency.

2.3  Multi-unit of specially designed binder wheel, control by the air cylinder, the wood in the sawing can be reliably be pressed.

2.4  Full automatic feeding, powerful and easy to operate and safe. Feeding system adopts imported knob with a reading speed flow control valve, so that feeding is more smooth and stable.

2.5  The saw wheel movements through precision ball screw transmission and through the grating of the saw wheel to set the position accurately.

2.6  Blade tension by the pneumatic / hydraulic combination of control, in the work process, once the pressure drops, air pressure compensation section will automatically provide, at all times to ensure a constant state of saw blade.

2.7  It adopts excellent quality imported saw blade, small sawing distance, the veneer after cutting is smooth, accurate size, small deviation, reduce wood consumption, which greatly improve timber utilization, increase economic efficiency of enterprises.

2.8  Cutting thickness control is display by digital, so cutting positioning will be fast and accurate.
